Fuck. So I just saw on facebook that someone passed away. I didn't know this person in real life, but I was a fan of his work.

As many of you know, I used to be a huuuuuuge fan of a small show that aired on The Comedy Network here in Canada, called Y B Normal? I used to write about it all the time, because I had a crush on one of the members of the troupe, Ron. Matthiew was a part of that comedy troupe. He was the director of the show.

A few days ago he was killed in Belize, where he had been living for the past few years. He was found stabbed to death and his house was ransacked.

He did not deserve this. He was only 37 years old! Why the fuck would someone do this? He had so much talent and was so creative. I'd only talked to him a few times online just to say how much I enjoyed his work and he'd always write me back.

It's so fucking shocking. He had so much of his life ahead of him, several projects he was working on. I cannot imagine what his family and friends must be going through.
